Good supplement
I've been taking this for about 6 months now due to being dairy free while breastfeeding a cmpa baby. The last container I bought seems to have a different formula (and packaging) and the taste isn't as good as the previous version. However, it's not a deal breaker! :)
It's not a new formula, just new packaging! Sometimes powders can taste a bit stronger when it's a new batch :)

I’ve been using this product for over 2 years now. It was first recommended to me via my naturopath when I was working on my menstrual cycle, then when planning for baby, during pregnancy and now during my post partum months. When I’ve had my bloods done to check my levels they have always come back great but prior to this product it was evident via my blood results that I was lacking, particularly my vitamin d levels which has been great since this product! It tastes good too. I highly recommend!
