When should I switch from Prenatal Trimester One with Ginger? +
When morning sickness subsides, which is usually around week 14-16.
Can I continue taking this while breastfeeding? +
Yes, this formula is designed to be taken from week 14 of pregnancy and during the entire time you are breastfeeding.
Should I take both capsules together? +
Although you can take 2 capsules together, we recommend taking one twice daily for better nutrient absorption.
Can I take Calcium & Magnesium Plus K2 & D3 at the same time? +
Yes, our calcium and magnesium powder is designed to be taken alongside our prenatal vitamins.
Can I take Iron & Brain Support with this formula? +
Yes. Most women will need close to 50 mg daily of elemental iron in the last half of pregnancy.
Is it free from common allergens? +
Yes. NaturoBest is unique in that aside from being free from all common allergens, it is also free from pine. This is due to our pullulan capsules which are allergen free.
