Wow 🤩 is all I can think to write……
Okay where can I start I’m 57 yrs old and had chronic constipation for over 40 yrs I’ve tried everything trust me when I say everything. I get regular colonic irrigation but if I can’t afford it or miss a couple of months in a row… constipation. I’ve been vegan , keto , Mediterranean, No Candida diet, low Fodmap Gaps Every F thing. I’m older I’m tired of trying everything. I believe my digestive system suffers from childhood trauma etc etc what comes first the chicken or the egg so is it food or emotional. Whatever I don’t care anymore….
THIS PRODUCT WORKS ONLY AFTER TWO DAYS IM GETTING RELIEF AND FEELING BETTER. No more magnesium oxide or others between this product and my homemade suppositories I’m feeling good again…..I’m also going to purchase the activated charcoal

I really like the Lemon flavour Calcium & Magnesium Product. I am 20 weeks pregnant have felt a lot of cramps on my calves since I’ve been taking this didn’t have any cramps. I drink it twice a day it’s very refreshing and knowing it is good for the baby too gives you a piece of mind. I have taken pretty much all of their products from preconception, Trimester 1 and now I’m on Trimester 2 & 3 super happy with it! Feeling really really great and energetic.
